Apple Cinnamon Protein Smoothie

Love my protein smoothies

I made this one spur of the moment in the fall. Apples are so delicious in the fall! So crisp! It had a bit of a “homey,” comforting feel.  

1 red apple peeled and cored

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup organic apple juice

1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

A dash of cinnamon

Blend and Enjoy! 💋
